For a long time this address served exactly one thing: a spinning mascot I made in aseprite and the words "still prob making the site" (when it was up). That page was honest, at least and enough to brag about having a site.

Eventually I did revist the site when my dog, Snow Kenny, passed and immortalised him as a lil running dog at the bottom. Made the site to me a wee bit more personal. I enjoyed getting back into pixel art so with animating for fun.

So What Changed?

Nothing dramatic. I got bored, sat down, and felt motivated enough to just finally revisit the site. Although originally I was going to learn Go and write a whole elaborate toolset for myself to do everything. I realised sometimes it ain't gotta be over engineered. Just straight HTML and CSS is enough for the foreseeable future (I'm a simple guy*).

What's Next

More posts, probably, of all kinds. A tool for me to easily add blogs. Possibly more GIFs... Definitely more GIFs.
